Entamoeba coli cyst 10 - 33 microns 1 to 8 nuclei with coarse peripheral chromatin and a coarse eccentric karyosome in a faecal saline preparation of a formalin fixed sample. Harmless commensal. Note the refractile wall and nuclei.
